We welcome you to enjoy this cozy 2nd floor suite. The Bench is furnished with a Queen bed and futon for guests. The Bench is a part of our 8 unit guest-house. The shared space referenced in the listing is only applicable to the 1st come-1st serve parking lot, rear yard, front porch, entry and interior stairwell/corridors. The suite has it's own private bathroom and kitchenette within and not shared with other guests. The bathroom is a full bath, with a stand-up shower. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot with a small station.

Our guesthouse offers easy and autonomous access to our 8 individual suites through the use of electronic locks. Each guest will have their own unique code, allowing for seamless and private entry to their designated suite. Guests can check in after 4PM at their convenience and enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own space without the need for keys or in-person check-ins. Instructions are sent to guest the morning of their planned arrival.
